Opposition

Students with concealed weapons on College and Universities campuses should be allowed because it can prevent massacres. If there is a psycho student taking the class hostage with a gun, there is nothing to do but wait for him or her to be finished with their shooting spree. If one of the students or teacher had a gun concealed with them, he or she can end the psychopath’s shooting spree, thus preventing another massacre. The students would be safer knowing that their classmates had a gun to protect them. Massacres would have been protected if someone had a concealed weapon on them. They could have shot the person down, without killing them, and had prevented the shooting from ever happening. It is safer to know that your classmates have a concealed weapon on them.
Students do not have the enough courage to start a school shooting. The gun is used for bluffing. If a student pulls out their concealed weapon, it is not likely that they will shoot. They use the gun for scaring off people. They actually do not have the courage to shoot. Unless they are a psychopath, they will not shoot.
If gun control laws get too strict, it will violate the second amendment of the Constitution, which is the right to bear arms. It will limit if certain people can have guns, then limits them to what kind of guns are allowed to purchase. If it is a fully automatic or a semi-automatic gun, it is still a gun. A gun is a gun. It should not matter what kind of gun the person has. Gun control will likely interfere with our rights to bear arms. It limits to the varieties of guns the people can purchase.
People can still get their hands on guns even if the law changes. They can get it illegally from black-markets and under the table from gun companies. No matter what the law is, people can somehow get their hands on guns. So why bother changing the laws, it is a waste of time and paper.
