Sometimes quotations confuses me. I can't decide whether or not I should use it. If somebody says one sentence, I'm not sure whether or not to use quotations. So I just decide to not to use it then. If there are two people talking, I will most likely to use it.
Enclose all direct quotations, meaning use of another person's exact phrasing, whether written or spoken, with quotation marks. This is a way of both correctly citing the quotation and using proper grammar to include it in your writing. Here is where I go it.
